Hi, I’m Dan — aka Ninja Dan.
I’m a 6th degree black belt in a blended form of martial arts. I teach various striking arts along with weapons and grappling. I utilize kettlebell workouts, resistance band training, body weight exercises, martial arts and more to help people maintain a healthy mindset and push past their limits. I love helping people build confidence, transcend limitations and realize their own inner strength to attain harmony in body, mind and spirit.
